As a Cadet Analyst, you will: Acquire, extract, and collect primary or secondary data for next-in-line data cleansing. Optimize, define, and develop data collection and data analysis methods as appropriate. Transform and interpret data for further analysis and the generation of insights from data analysis using mathematical and statistical techniques. Identify patterns and trends in data and, if needed, use problem-solving methodologies to resolve discrepancies and issues. Build and develop a visual representation of the analyzed data using charts and graphs. Work directly with management and data consumers to capture requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships. Develop and document processes to improve and efficiently use current tools and resources while ensuring compliance. Required Education, Experience, & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Business Studies, Administration, Management, Economics, or Industrial Engineering. Beginner to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel. Strong process approach and numeracy skills.
