The Accounting Associate Manager is responsible for assisting the Accounting/ Treasury Manager in managing and overseeing the daily operations of the department. He/she is also responsible for monitoring and analyzing accounting reports and statements, establishing and enforcing internal controls and guidelines, and presenting recommendations to management on short- and long- term financial objectives and policies.
To be successful, the candidate must have the following qualifications:
Proven working experience as Jr. Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor, or Accounting/ Treasury/ Finance Lead
Advanced computer skills on MS Office, particularly Excel
Ability to manipulate large number of data
Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations
Three to Five years related experience required
High attention to details and accuracy
Excellent management and supervisory skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration required
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is preferred but not required
Willing to work in Quezon City
