The Assistant Treasury Manager is responsible in managing day-to-day activities in the Treasury. Performs treasury activities related to cash flow, borrowings, debt, and capital management. Review and recommend changes to the investment policies based on the market conditions. Prepare and monitor company's various cash flow forecasts and perform financial modeling. Manage relationships with financial service providers and monitor bank service amount and address quality issues. Conduct benchmark studies of banks and their services to evaluate whether it fits company's requirements and evaluate alternative long-term borrowing strategies and make recommendations.
Recommend, implement and maintain process improvements and support Strategic Planning activities and provide technical and other support for mergers and acquisitions and other projects as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor degree holder in Accounting/ Finance or any related courses;
Must have at least 2 (two) years supervisory experience in the same field;
Certified Public Accountant is an advantage;
With extensive experience in preparing cash forecast and cash flow analysis;
With experience in preparation of financial schedules and SEC filings;
With experience in building complex financial models to evaluate various financial plans;
With experience in leading, coaching and developing subordinates;
Willing to be assigned in Wilcon Depot head office located at Libis, Quezon City.
