Develop a schedule to assess training needs and informing concerned parties about the training
Sending out pre-course information to participants
Compiling the training objectives of the participants
Maintain a database of all training materials and make sure that they are up-to-date
Instruct employee training and onboarding
Helping training manager or trainer to create training support materials
Conceptualize training materials based on data and research
Reviews and modifies existing Training Programs and their effectiveness as necessary
Keeping track of employees training records and maintaining them
Helping in arranging induction program timetable
Providing general administrative assistance to training managers and trainers
Handle any other task associated with organizing and scheduling training sessions
Conduct employee surveys and interviews and presenting to the training manager or trainer
Evaluates performance, recommends promotions, transfers or dismissals.
Ensures and implements company rules/regulations and standard operating procedures.
Supports Management decisions, requirements, and expectations.
Performs other related functions that may be assigned by the Human Resource Head from time to time.
Must have a bachelor's degree in human resources, administration, information technology, or related field
Certification from talent and training associations a plus
Must have experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or related position
Proficient computer skills, knowledgeable in Google Products and Services
Strong project management skills with the ability to assist in supervising multiple projects
Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills
Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
