JOB DESCRIPTION
Build professional and trusting relationship with the account officers of government agencies that handle processing of licenses of the hotel and benefits of the employees like Makati City Hall, SSS, BIR, Pag-ibig and Philhealth.
Process payroll related reports every cut-off such as but not limited to: new hires inclusion, colleague movement, colleague updates, payroll deduction, payroll adjustment, leave usage and balance report.
Coordinates with Immigration consultant Re: VISA and Labor Permits of Foreign Nationals employed by the hotel.
Process monthly enrollment of newly regularized colleagues to service providers of Group Medical, Life and Accident Insurance benefits. This includes, deletion, updates and plan upgrade coverage.
Other duties as assigned
WORK EXPERIENCE
Previous administration or human resources experience required
Supervisory experience in a similar level of hotel
Previous experience in hospitality or related field is an asset
University/College degree in a related discipline is an asset
