ABOUT THE ROLE
Act as a local support for AdIntel and TAM teams in the coordination and execution of activities involved in channel referencing and monitoring, data preparation and data processing to ensure timely submission of accurate reports under supervision from a senior staff.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Operation
Setup and maintain Television Audience Measurement(TAM) servers
Monitor reel availability and grabber servers' connectivity, perform initial troubleshooting and fixes, and update reports on the situation
Coordinate with the co-location and regional reference site technical support of any issues on reference (server connectivity, ref loss and channel shifts)
Communicate with the internet service provider and pay TV provider in any issues encountered
Conduct hardware inventory (Reel and Grabber servers, WISI devices, production and test servers, and other equipment)
Provide regular updates on channel matrix and fault management file
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the Data Center
Review and take action on the Zabbix and UBO system alerts
Conduct site ocular inspection, equipment inventories and vendor evaluation in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao where the reference and monitoring sites are located
Data Collection and Processing
Conduct manual data collection and collaborate with engineer team on the data uploading in a timely manner
Maintaining disk space allocation and data back-up in weekly or monthly basis
Prepare, process, verify and investigate data used for processing
Assist in conducting on the job training to team members in the usage of production system
Participate in improvise procedural and implementation of new services and system/processes
Participate in the production and maintenance of documentation
Assist to setup and perform data processing functions for ad hoc projects as assigned
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
Bachelor's diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or Computer Science. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
High proficiency in using Google Suite (Sheets, Docs)
Have basic knowledge in Linux commands and programming languages
Have the ability in setting up servers and OS installation
Have the ability in networking and configuration
Willing to work in weekend, flexible with working hours(morning or noon shift) and accessible all the time
Willing to travel in any parts of the country
