ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leadership Role
Ensures smooth Store operations and Customer experience journey.
Conducts performance reviews and talent development plan.
Develops a learning culture by initiating and recommending trainings, seminars and workshops.
Store Operations
Implements Sales plans and strategies to achieve monthly target.
Coordinates and communicates Marketing promos and discounts to Team Members.
Understands both the product and service needs for both walk-ins and enterprise Clients.
Monitors and ensures availability of the products carried by the Branch.
Safeguards store operations by strict implementation of programs, operational policies and procedures.
Identifies and adapts to current and future customer needs and requirements.
Protects Employees and Customers by ensuring a safe and clean Store environment.
Reinforces confidentiality and security of files and database.
Protects the image and interest of the Company at all times.
Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education/Experience
University Degree of any four-year Business course.
At least 3 years of experience as a Supervisor preferably in a Retail industry.
Strong Leadership, Planning and Decision-Making Skills.
Negotiation and Customer Service Skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible and keen to details.
Willing to be assign in Robinsons Naga.
