OVERVIEW of the JOB:
Drive S&P optimization by conducting regular and proactive review of vendors though various methodologies, scoring templates, continuous improvement discussion, developing vendor metrics, gap analysis, site visits and floor walk. You do this while ensuring all vendor contracts are current and aligned. This also includes system training, vendor performance management, and providing regular reporting to client account teams. You'll also ensure JLL Vendor Ethics trainings are implemented and reported.
Coordinate and maintain pipeline of accredited vendors
Manage and control new vendor registrations via Delphi Address Book (DAB) for account.
Conduct research on sustainable products, market trends and product quality.
Assist in transition of new accounts.
Recognize and drive improvement opportunities
Adhere to sourcing and procurement excellence by providing excellent quality of service holds professionalism and ethics in accordance with JLL business Code of Conduct.
Skills and Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Engineering or Supply Chain Management
Effectively and expertly communicate with internal customers and suppliers both verbally and in writing
Strong analytical and planning skills
At least 3 years of related experience in procurement or purchasing preferably from similar industry / facilities management
Well versed in procurement systems
Good communications and stakeholder management skills
