JOB DESCRIPTION
I. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitors the daily attendance of promodizers.
Updates the actual stocks on a weekly basis.
Prepares monthly schedule every 1 st week of the month.
Handles quotations: fax to promodizer, email and follow-up
Monitors dealt quotations.
Coordinate with all promodizers, head office and Wilcon Head Office
Stocks inquiry
JOB QUALIFICATION
Graduate of a four year course, preferably Marketing.
With at least 1 year working experience in marketing, in a
manufacturing set-up
Has an outstanding people management skills
With good employee relations
Can work with minimum supervision in fast-moving environment
OTHER JOB REQUIREMENTS
