Job Description
Assists the Restaurant Manager to ensure that the outlet operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable.
Assists the Restaurant Manager with creative suggestions and ideas.
Works closely with other outlet managers in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.
Work Experience
Bachelor Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism or similar degree
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry.
Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, Micros, POS
