This doesn't happen without our awesome people! We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager (Wallets) to join our growing business!
What's on the menu for you?
Closely managing and driving projects, roadmaps, milestones, timelines and achievements for Wallets in PH
Collecting and analyzing information, problem-solve, and make decisions for ongoing projects on the ground
Coordinate with wallets regional team to achieve the best possible outcome in implementations and integrations for PH
Align the resources required to successfully complete each wallet project in PH
Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project
Generate regular reports on project status and provide feedback on progress to stakeholders
Escalate to management early when needed
Consult with regional Wallets Project Manager and Product Manager to seek guidance and input during the key phase of each project
What do you bring to the table?
-2 years experience of managing cross-functional projects and stakeholders
Independent thinker
Strong project management skills, ability to manage multiple work streams in parallel, plan for projects, manage own time and priorities
Experience in working with multiple stakeholders across the globe
Experience in driving multiple initiatives simultaneously
Solution-oriented approach to challenges and high sense of ownership
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
A positive attitude and drive to win
Solid track record of achievement - e.g. you have worked in a top tech company and/or startup, have quickly assumed responsibilities
Self-starter with experience executing initiatives from start to finish.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
