The assistant production planner responsibilities include monitoring of planning, daily alignment with production supervisor to ensure all plan is executed accordingly in the customer needed

Assist preparation and updating FE and BE loading schedule
Assist in printing and sequencing of card in the production area
Daily monitor the FE and BE output
Assist in updating customer reports such as emergency plan, shipment plan and other related files
Assist in maintaining production planning master data
Daily production floor work through
Work in partnership with Material Planning team to ensure availability of material kit on time with the right quantity and quality
Support on preparation of SCM reports
Attend customer calls
