Procurement Manager
Sourcing Activities
Support the ROA facilities management team's procurement activities will be your main concern. You'll assist/guide the team in drafting requirements for bidding and conduct various sourcing references - including requests for information, proposals and quotations. You'll also draw up contracts and support the facilities management team to drive down cost and look for value added services. You'll also be expected to always be ready in the face of any pricing issues that may arise.
Are you adept in monitoring and generating reports, and a technology platform user? In this role, you'll handle the development, implementation and maintenance of vendor, RFx templates and benchmark reports. You'll also carry out scheduled audits to ensure that both contract and insurance requirements are met. Actively participate in tender/pricing activities with the site team.
Support the facilities management team by developing and looking after vendor management programmes, ensuring seamless negotiation processes and promoting effective project coordination. You'll also see to it that transition and information updates are well in place.
Supporting Business Operations
Being a vital resource of the team in delivering client expectations you will take part in drafting requirements for bidding and conduct RFx and track savings related to vendors & services or supplies. You will also provide Transition Support.
Engagement with the different stakeholders within and outside of our organization is a must. Building the rapport and communicating channels is key to the business. You should look continuously engaging or creating new relationships as you journey along. Communication is vital to ensure that everyone is up to speed and updated with the progress of any given project.

Provide guidance to site teams in sourcing, review contract, vendor management, vendor set up and cost savings
Support all sourcing & procurement activities for new or existing businesses, including transition activities.
Be responsible for savings deliverables.
Manage contract register, related insurance renewal and coordinate business review with vendors and site teams.
Support Procurement trainings to site teams.
Support the development and implementation of procurement guidelines and processes.
Collaborate with other functions as required, i.e. Legal, Finance, Engineering & Operations, Human Resources.
Support any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Superior, not limited to the duties / responsibilities as described above and which may be subject to changes as needed to support the business requirements.
Requirements:
Minimum: 3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, and negotiation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office especially in Excel skills
