What this job involves:
Provide strategic SCMP direction across functional areas and programs that involve strategic outsourcing and vendor management across multiple IFM disciplines.
Active vendor management in the form of quarterly business reviews.
Lead process of developing vendor management strategy, identifying, sourcing, and securing resources based on business requirements/results
Ensure that all vendor contracts are current and aligned back into SCMP FSC Philippine Hub and SCMP South Asia Leader.
To work and align with SCMP team to develop facilities and vendor cost metrics as a reference tool for the IFM business.

Manage the RFP, pricing and negotiation process for the client on behalf of JLL, and assist country teams to do the same.
Provide account support in managing the Jones Lang LaSalle ERP Procurement Module. This includes system training, vendor performance management, and providing regular reporting to client account teams.
Assist in developing and communicating the IFM and SCMP vision to the client, JLL, vendors and Strategic Alliance Partners.
Supports the strategies for negotiation of major programs, projects and/or vendor activities.
Implement, and operate integrated outsourcing strategies, standards and guidelines, training, costing parameters and tools/templates
