Purpose of the Job
The assistant Payroll Specialist will Provides organized and dependable support to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate payroll related processes and reporting for multiple countries globally.This role will be based in our office in Manila, Philippines.

Responsibilities:
Performing in-house payroll processes in our global Payroll Provider's system based on process descriptions
Cross comparison of the payroll inputs versus the payroll output calculation file
Preparation of monthly / quarterly / annual payroll reports either generated by the payroll provider's system or manually
Communicating with the global payroll provider in case of technical issues
Communicating with the original process owner country i.e. with the Local Payroll Consultant, HR Country Manager or other local stakeholders
Skills and Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree from area of Finance or Accounting preferred
Must have at least 3 years experiences within Payroll & Benefits in a multi country set-up
Payroll processing and Payroll output validation experience
Experience with outsourced payroll provider setup
Possession of process efficiency mindset
Proficient in using software tools like SAP, Microsoft Office Products
Experience and in-depth knowledge of payrolls in South Korea, Australia, China is an advantage
Experience from a global company
Must speak and write English fluently
