Overseeing general office operation.
Greeting visitors, answering a high-volume of incoming phone calls and delivering world-class service to our customers.
Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules.
Supervising, mentoring, training, and coaching our office staff and delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity.
Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations.
Job Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Preferably Assistant Manager specializing in Corporate/Real Estate or equivalent.
This position will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety by setting policies and procedures in partnership with the HR Head and ensure it is properly implemented.
Must have a rigid experience in corporate management, has wide experience in management handling Admin tasks, excellent oral and written communication.
Proven experience in Sales or Contract Management.
Extensive commercial property knowledge and experience.
Presents leadership and initiative.
Full-Time position available, can start this month of February
