Department MSO Brand Ops - Noodles Employee Type Probationary Experience your best self with URC! Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Promotions and Events Marketing Assistant. This role is mainly in charge of evaluating and processing event sponsorship requests and consumer promotions. This involves evaluation, negotiation, implementation of mid-scale sponsorship proposals and basic consumer promotions such as sampling. What are the Responsibilities Shall report to the Category Supervisor. Shall be in charge of conceptualizing and executing cross-category events creations, events sponsorships and consumer promotions projects with impactful on-ground merchandising in venues such as malls, schools/universities, barangays, markets, etc. He/she must ensure that the participating brands get savings , good exposure, and sales from the projects. He/she shall evaluate and process event sponsorship requests, such as school events, seasonal events (such as Valentines, Easter, and Halloween) and Festivals, from negotiations, execution, and evaluation to maximize brand on-air and on-ground exposures. Shall supervise third party agencies/organizers in implementing projects by providing clear directions, expectations, and imposing corrective measures. Shall go on fieldwork to oversee implementation of activities and review market and competitive reports. Shall facilitate accurate and timely submission of post evaluation reports, proofs of sponsorship compliance (e.g., Certificates of Performance, sample copies & photos of materials), agency & event organizer billings, and other related documents. Shall ensure implementation of administrative tasks and special assignments delegated by his/her immediate superior What are the Qualifications Required skills: Event Management, Negotiation, Budget Forecast, and Logistics Planning. 1-2 years' experience in Event Management and Below-the-line Activation. Shall be able to drive (Manual Transmission) and willing to be deployed for fieldwork. Open to fresh graduates with solid experience in project management.
