Under the guidance and direction of assigned immediate superiors, provide general management and
direction to his team to fulfill the following functions:
 Merchandise promotions generation and implementation
 Merchandise mix and assortment development, allocation, implementation, and monitoring
 Visual merchandising and display formulation and presentation
 Merchandise replenishment and movement planning and monitoring
 Inventory accuracy management and monitoring
 Product knowledge training development and cascade
Required Knowledge:
 Enthusiast-level knowledge on helmets (motorcycle & bicycle)
 Basic knowledge/ appreciation of motorcycles, motorcycle gears, parts, and accessories.
 Full understanding of inventory and category management processes
Required Skills:
 Merchandise Management
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Able to synthesize and analyze various data to
identify and forecast trends.
 Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
