Assistant Material Planner responsible for forecasting the supply needs and ensuring always have materials on hand to support customer demand.

Job Requirements
Ordering and managing the execution of the individual deliveries of RAW material against the scheduling agreement or purchase order pertaining to MIDORI project.
▪ MRP run and validation
▪ Transfer delivery schedule to supplier
▪ Material availability assurance
The process of establishing and maintaining material kits for Midori LTB as well as related inventory information. This includes:
▪ Material analysis and consolidation of information that is needed to proceed build.
▪ Perform material shortage & allocation management process (MSM)
▪ Sourcing from Brokers if material is not available on time at original supplier.
▪ Managing preparation of SPS, A3, ePCA and other related documentation to proceed material purchase and usage at production.
