Responsibilities
Tapping and sourcing active & passive IT/Technical candidates in the market through different various sourcing strategies and techniques,
Conducts resume, phone & initial technical skills alignment checking vs the requirements.
Coordinate with the management and clients on the detailes of recruitment.
Facilitate end to end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating compensation package and onboarding
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Has technical/ executive staffing experience.
Savvy know how of out of the box ideas, cost effective sourcing strategies.
Strong negotiation & candidate "people skills"
