About The Role
Role Location: Solaris One, Makati City
Role Type: Permanent full-time
Shift Schedule: Day shift
As the Assistant Manager for Post Settlements Investigation, you would have the opportunity to:
Support to the Post Settlements Investigations Manager in ensuring the team is operating efficiently in line with the agreed SLA's and Statement of Work across the entities serviced
Function as the first-line people manager of the team and be responsible to manage and coach staff performing post settlements investigations function
Function as a subject matter expert across in both Nostro and Suspense TLM queues and lead and assist the team in meeting targets of breaks clearance
Function as the first point of escalation of team members and ensure appropriate channels are used and the escalation matrix is followed
Ensure all the daily process controls are practiced, investigation quality meets standards expected and sign off on end of day reporting
Assist in creating and reporting weekly and monthly reports showing the team's outstanding aged items and monthly progress including explanation of RCA
Manage the ATOM forecasting and planning and variance reporting
Ensure the team's business plan are completed and will take charge of the initiatives to address upstream issues that impact Day 1 volume
Be able to adapt to change and provide support in various projects and initiatives
About You
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Proven experience as an SME or Senior Markets Officer role in PSI or experienced Team Leader in a related field
Broad knowledge of various products settled in Markets (Fixed Income, Derivatives, Commodities, Foreign Exchange, Equities, etc.)
Knowledge on end-to-end process of Settlements
Demonstrated Customer Service Skills
Demonstrated Influencing, negotiation, conflict management, and attention to detail
