We are looking for a well-experienced Assistant Manager - Parking & Transportation who will ensure the smooth and efficient running of the hotel's Parking Department and Transport Services.
In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of parking operations to provide a positive parking experience for all guests. You will also ensure that guest transportation requests and requirements are attended in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidates would have held a similar role in reputable hotels for at least 2 years, and shall possess the following qualities:
Comprehensive working knowledge of parking and transportation operations, systems and equipment
Superior customer service skills
Strong management and leadership capabilities
Passion for working with people
