Role/Department Description:
Responsibilities:
30% Operations Management: Responsible for ensuring that his/her team provides accurate and reliable content and/or quantitative financial market data to flow into internal database and/or internal and external clients based on financial industry source publications, financial reports and resources. Incumbent may handle multiple collection processes and/or markets, managing production in each process and sub-process while ensuring timeliness, accuracy, coverage and continuous improvement for and within their teams' collection efforts.
30% People Management: Capacity planning, workload distribution, performance evaluation metrics, shifts management, setting team goals and objectives. Managing the teams effectively for productive results.
10% Stakeholder Management: Work with Senior management and respective stakeholders to build plans and improvement strategies for increased output quality, process improvement and production advancement.
15% Project management: Process/Data enhancement projects; Data Management
10% Client Management (FactSet Clients): Managing client RPD's and query resolution
5% Hiring: Recruitment for current and upcoming roles
Required Skills:
Operational management skills to effectively manage multiple groups, production, resources and allocations
Financial knowledge managing production and process improvements
People management and interpersonal skills managing multiple teams and processes
Communication skills in effectively communicating to the teams and relevant stakeholders
