Job Overview:
Our Japanese High-end Salon is searching for experienced, reliable, task-oriented and passionate individuals who will be a part of our growing team. The Assistant Manager should have strong analytical skills and communication abilities. The Assistant Manager must have the ability to multitask and conflict resolution abilities. He/she will support the General Manager whose role is to manage the day-to-day operations of the company.
Duties and Responsibilities (Job Description ) :
1. Provide support and guidance to the team and staff when needed by providing the right resources, and chances to talk with the right people
2. Coordinate with managers about salon staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency
3. Schedule meetings with all the employees if need be
4. Assist the general manager with ordering the supplies and commodities of the salon
5. Analyze and monitor the internal process and make or re-create in-house manuals
6. Help to organize market research, write reports and similar documents based on the needs
7. Promo tracking
8. Identify key marketing, advertising, and public relations opportunities for the brand
9. Manage the day-to-day tasks of HR, Accounting, Admin, and the like
Job Qualifications
❏ Graduate of Bachelor's or College degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Management/Development or equivalent
❏ Preferably 2 years of experience in the field
❏ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Japanese Bilingual preferably
❏ Has knowledge and capability of supervising people
❏ At least 1HR travel time going to the office
Preferred Age : 27- 35 years Old
Site Assignment : Uptown BGC Taguig
Salary Range: depending on the experience and language proficiency
