Responsible for a team of PO Issuance and Tracking Analysts for a gender/category. On-Time Delivery of Finished Goods into DC for shipments
Help design and plan all production related replenishment processes between regions and global supply chain, and then fully execute all replenishment programs according to Global Resource Planning team's confirmed plans
Ensure timely Issuance and reconciliation of all Finished Goods Production orders in regional affiliate ERP systems (e.g. SAP-AFS) to meet KPI's. Execute, Manage and Revise all global production PO's accordingly (approx. 100k PO's per year globally.
Ensure High Priority programs are tracked from PO Issuance to DC receipt, and re-prioritize/ escalate with inbound logistics and DC teams as necessary.
Attend regional planning and cross functional team mtgs representing Global PO Service functions. Support ship risks analysis and assist regions with prioritization/ escalation/revision requests to Global Supply Planning/Sourcing Teams/Vendors for priority programs and products.
Job Requirements:
Education:
Degree in operations, industrial engineering, mathematics, statistics, supply chain, logistics, or equivalent
Experience:
Supply Planning in Apparel industry
