Job Purpose
He or she will be in charge of planning and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote Fisher farm's products. His/her duties include planning campaigns, analyzing metrics, and identifying trends.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plans and executes all digital marketing activities including SEO, marketing database, e-mail, social media and display advertising campaigns in all digital networks/platforms
- Conceptualizes digital marketing posts/campaigns together with Marketing and Graphic Artist
- Plans and monitors digital marketing budget
- Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns
- Identifies trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on insights
- Collaborates with third-party agencies/vendor partners
- Proactively answers social media messages
- Keeps up-to-date on emerging online trends/technologies and evaluates suitability for adoption by Fisher farms
- Do other tasks as needed in the Marketing Department
Job Requirements:
- College Graduate of Marketing/Advertising/Communications/Business-related course
- With at least two years' experience in Digital Marketing
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- In-depth knowledge of various social media, e-commerce platforms, analytics
- Deep understanding of web design principles
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Pro-active, results-driven, multi-tasker
