Purpose/ Mission:
Maximize profitability for Own retail and Franchise stores through retail management standards and excellent customer service
Accountabilities:
Primary
Lead the store personnel thru the AMs and DMs to implement and adhere to the retail management standards to level of excellence and ensure compliance from GSOP for both ORT and Franchise
Store Corp audit, PP audit, Model store audit and Compliance standards for ORT and Franchise
Support the DTC Director in ensuring Sales Targets and budgeted costs are tracked and followed according to the most recently-aligned numbers with Finance
Analyze and report the business performance of ORT and Franchise. Use the information to translate into actionable plans to improve business
Support Retail and Franchise Operations teams on reporting and data analysis
Lead SFS, C&C and other ecom omni channel initiatives centrally for the ORT and FRS teams
Lead new business initiatives led by country/SEA/APAC/global for the ORT and Franchise channels
Secondary
Engage with Own retail and Franchise Teams to ensure effective retail standards and customer service levels on stores (particularly the AMs/DMs, Retail Trainer)
Work with Retail Merchandising Manager to establish an effective stock management system to maximize sales and profitability and minimize shrinkage
Business case analysis for assessment of new key locations
Liaison with landlords for any campaign or marketing events for the brand
Professional background/ Experience:
Minimum 4 years in Retail Operations
Preferably in apparel/ fashion/ FW or FMCG Retail
Preferrably a Degree or Diploma in Sales / Marketing / Retail Management
Systems/Tools/Technology: Outlook - Advance, Word- Advance, Excel - Advance, Powerpoint - Advance
Language: English - Advance, Local - Fluent
