This doesn't happen without our awesome people! We are looking for an Asst Manager, Demand Generation Leader to join our growing business at pandamerchant. Pandamerchant is the B2B business arm of foodpanda philippines. The objective of the business is to become the one stop shop for all supplies and ingredients from our restaurant partners. Pandamerchant aims to offer the best assortment at the most competitive prices with reliable delivery.
Responsibilities:
What does your day to day work look like
Primary objective would be to drive demand & sales for our offerings at pandamerchant. The role involves devising and executing strategic initiatives towards driving demand and sales, by engaging our restaurant partners.
Secondary objective would be to gather customer insights, to devise product strategies and manage assortment & pricing modules. Primary responsibilities What does your day to day work look like
Sales Operations
Mentor and lead team leaders & sales executives
Direct outreach to our partner restaurants
Sales pitch to our partner restaurants
Customer support to our partner restaurants
Problem resolutions for concerns that may arise from our partner restaurants
Sales Excellence
Develop sales strategies for effective partner outreach
Develop category strategies to increase business throughput from our partners
Category Management
Gather customer feedback & insights
Devise pricing strategies
Devise assortment strategies
Supplier Management
Manage supplier vendors to enhance offerings to our partner restaurants via higher assortment and improved pricing.
Operations Excellence / Special projects
Manage demand planning and supply chain
Manage warehouse operations
Manage fin-ops and other administrative processes
What do you bring to the table
Candidate with 3-5 years of experience in sales or demand generation
Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or a quantitative field
Candidate with prior experience in direct customer outreach / field-operations would be preferred
Strong interpersonal skills to communicate well with people from different departments
Flexible to work long hours on occasion
Good Proficiency in using MS applications
