Key responsibilities:
Review and post transactional entries on a regular basis
Generate, review, and summarize month-end operational reports for presentation to customers
Provide monitoring of employee development and work alignment
Coordinate with various stakeholders on relevant audit and compliance requirements, as necessary
Promote workplace improvement by identifying areas for enhancement and process efficiencies
Requirements
Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, preferably CPA
At least 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a shared service environment
Knowledgeable in shared service operations
Knowledgeable in IFRS and other accounting standards
Must have experience leading a team
