General Functions:
The right-hand person to the Kitchen Supervisor. Helps manage all aspects of the kitchen, from ordering supplies and equipment to ensuring that everything runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
Responsible for managing other staff in the kitchen, which includes assigning tasks to line cooks, overseeing their performance, and making sure they're following standard and proper safety procedures.
Qualifications
At least acquired a college level of education, but a graduate of any college degree and/or culinary course/business administration course is an advantage.
With at least 1-3 year's experience in related positions, as well as working knowledge in a similar role.
Must have the ability to follow established procedures and practices and instructions.
Must have a strong commitment to all health and safety guidelines.
Must have at least minimal skills level in communicating.
Must have problem solving ability.
Must have good moral reputation as an Assistant Kitchen Supervisor.
