Job Description
KEY FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible in assisting of the day-today Freight operations
Support of customer relationships, shared expertise in Customs Laws & Regulations, overseeing revenue, profit and cost controls and ensuring safety, service and quality measures.
Obtaining, checking and preparing documentation to meet customs and insurance requirements, packing specifications, and compliance with overseas countries's regulations and fiscal regimes.
Help monitor the performance of its member and giving appropriate sanctions if needed.
Support the Management team in maintaining high morale of the employee.
Prepares KPI report monthly
Monitor all reports submission to all government agencies.
Review performance of each department under his ward vs. set KPI.
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of B.S Custom Administration
Have Managerial experience and work in Freight forwarding 7 brokerage industry of not less than 3 years
Excellent in communication skills: Fluent in English
Expert om Customs Laws & Regulations (PEZA)
Computer literate
Preferably Licensed Custom Broker
Requirements * Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
