Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Reviews check vouchers for expenditures of Main Office and all other claims both in-house and capital expenditures based on the standard documentary requirements before preparation of checks.
• Performs the functions and responsibilities of a Working Fund Custodian.
• Reviews, formulates and implements management's policies and administrative rules and regulations.
• Monitors compliance of employees with management's policies.
• Attends to queries and concerns of the employees and monitors the same.
• Prepare necessary financial documents that are required in securing permits from National Water Resources Board (NWRB) and to other government related agencies.
• Performs such other tasks that may be assigned by immediate supervisor.
Performance Standards/Key Expectations
• Timely submission of financial documentation for National Water Resources Board (NWRB) and to other government related agencies.
• Accurate and timely employee payroll.
• Work priorities are clearly established and followed.
• Files and databases are accurate and updated on a regular basis. Assures back-up in maintaining files and databases
• Records are accurate, neat and easily interpreted.
• Communicates clearly to all levels within and outside the organization.
Preferably CPA (Certified Public Accountant)
Successful candidate will be assigned at Angeles City
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 5
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel
Availability for travel: Yes
Availability for change of residence: Yes
