ASSISTANT farm manager (for piggery)TJ ENTERPRISES INC

Job Description:
Coordination and management of the tasks and people who oversee the care and welfare of pigs and to ensure that the farm operates at a high standards
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning and directing all production phases on the farm and implement processes as required
Implementing action plan to meet farm specific and company set goals
Communicating with the farm manager and consultants to ensure herd health, being in compliance with all biosecurity protocols
Providing daily leadership and direction to all farm staffs, conducting team meetings to communicate the goals and direction of the farm
Ensuring all safety procedures are in place and take action to lower the safety incidents
Providing development opportunities for employees
Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Agriculture, Animal Science or Veterinary Medicine
With at least 5 years managerial experience in swine industry
Willing to be assign in multi location
Summary of role requirements:
Looking for candidates available to work on weekdays and Saturdays
More than 4 years of relevant work experience required for this role
