Providing onsite support
You will be the supporting and Managing the front liners (PSS) who will be hands-on in undertaking the repair coordination and troubleshooting of any Door Access/camera hardware/software/network issues, and vendor assistance. You will be reporting to Hard Services Manager and will communicate as well with the Accenture PSS leads for the status update of Door/camera repair/maintenance status, any improvements, and the tracker updates.
Where can processes be improved? How can we save costs? These are questions that will be at the forefront of the team's thinking. You, too, will always have an eye on this, contributing suggestions as they arise.
You'll also lend the team a big hand by providing proper and correct preventive/corrective maintenance/project installation reports. Also, part of your job scope is to hit key performance indicators and meet service level agreements.

In this role, you'll provide full support in implementation of the PM, repair, coordination and assistance with the vendor doing the critical preventive and corrective maintenance for all doors and cameras. You will be reporting immediately any hard services vendors' non-compliant activities on site. Other responsibility will be ensuring regular inventory, checking, and reporting critical supplies status for PSS.
You will ensure to comply with the working schedule, complete the scheduled maintenance / repair / findings on time and will report properly and accurately to the Hard Services Manager. You will also carry out the proactive approach of site / buildings doors and cameras thorough inspection to report any abnormalities immediately.

Passion for service
Do you have a prior work or internship experience in troubleshooting electronic hardware and software malfunctions as well network issues, knowledge of RCA CAPA and reporting, and Vendor Coordination/Assistance or other related fields? Do you have an understanding of local occupational health and safety requirements, facilities hard services and vendor management? Are you knowledgeable in various quality and reporting systems? Are you flexible, proactive and organized? If so, you are what we're looking for!

Competency 1: People Management skills with depth knowledge in troubleshooting electronic hardware and software malfunctions as well network issues
Competency 2: Strong knowledge of RCA CAPA and reporting
Competency 3: Proficient in Microsoft and CMMS Tool and the likes
Competency 4: Strong background in Managing CCTV, ACS, and Vendor coordination/assistance
