Supports the company's back-end operations. Works hand in hand with Human resources to bring in potential candidates by screening and checking technical exam results.
Our focus is on developing the best mobile and web applications and building long-term relationships with our clients. We are currently looking for an Assistant Engineering Manager to add to our growing team.
Working schedule: Mondays-Fridays except for Holidays (Flexible schedule)
Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:
Must be a graduate of Computer Science or any computer-related field
Has experience in conducting interviews for technical positions
Must have a least 3 years of experience as a full-stack software engineer
Must be familiar with AWS, Cloud technologies, databases, design patterns, and infrastructure engineering.
Must have knowledge of the full software development lifecycle.
Can confidently work and communicate with Foreign nationals.
Can produce business correspondence. Fluent in both oral and written English communication.
Proficient in using GSuite productivity tools
Has good planning and organizational skills
Can translate technical documents and terms for non-technical clients
Knowledge in using HRIS or CRM's is a plus
Has experience working in the Software Development industry is a plus
Job Responsibilities:
Collaborates with the team in the creation of Job descriptions required for technical positions
Creates competency matrixes for technical positions to provide a standardized evaluation of candidates and contractors
Automate or improve the existing technical processes
Assist existing teams on projects
Interview Tech candidates and properly evaluate their qualifications in comparison to the job description
Review Technical Exams and provide feedback
Actively participates in technical reviews and orientations
Conducts monthly knowledge sharing sessions to update engineers on new technologies and trends
Write reports or feedback for candidates interviewed and evaluates

This is a contracted position with the opportunity of being assigned to another active project from our portfolio at the end of the current project.
