JOB SUMMARY
- Performs planning activities for implementation of electrical and instrumentation approved and maintenance to support department objectives.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conducts survey of work order (if the situation is needed), evaluates materials and labor cost estimate. (Requirement and scope of work will be discussed with the customer).
- Prepares and follows - updraft requisition for materials/services needed for the approved project to support field implementers.
- Prepares Out-Going Receipt, Gate pass, Delivery Receipts, and other documents for customer
- Prepares monthly roadmap and updates accomplishment/bar chart daily
- Checks and reviews completed work orders for Supervisor / Team Leader's approval
- Compiles quality records to ensure that the standard procedures are being implemented
- Expresses / recommends to Supervisor / Team Leader the best that will contribute to improving the quality and productivity
- Establishes good relationship with customers and co-workers for the best result of his job
- Prepares accomplishment report monthly
- Distributes Billing Invoice to customers
- Performs other related tasks as deemed appropriate by the superior
EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT:
- Must be a graduate of BS in Electrical Engineering
- Must be a Registered Electrical Engineer
EXPERIENCE:
- With years of experience in Manufacturing Plants / Electrical Projects is an advantage.
- Without experience are welcome but willing to be trained.
