The Finance role must be able to advise the business General Duties Serves as a central point for the Chargeback Process, Budgeting and Forecasting, Reporting and Cost optimization Practices for the Cloud Center of Excellence and Business As Usual. The Finance role must be able to advise the business on decisions to ensure that the business is financially successful. Detailed Duties ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: . Prepare financial reports and analysis as needed. . Assist in the preparation of annual budget. . Define costing model, including Cloud/Onpremise infrastructure cost, people, and training costs . Design cost and revenue models and forecasts for budget reviews . Development Cost Allocation Models and TCO Cost Estimating processes . Assess the comparative costs of running applications on the Cloud or Onpremise Financial oversight and management of operating budgets and/or chargeback to customers: . Report to business application owners on services consumption costs that will be charged back to the respective line of business/cost center . Forecast costs to business application owners to support budgeting process Lead financial tracking and monitoring: . Develop and administer reporting and tracking system of all TCO/economic related activities . Report on project costs . Report on product costs . Partner with Cloud Architects to optimize cost performance . Identify and leverage cost optimization opportunities Professional Eligibility Skills . Expert in Microsoft Office applications particularly in MS Excel . Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills . Collaborative . Can work with minimum supervision Education Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related field in Accounting/IT/Finance Experience . Minimum 2 year experience in financial environment Responsibility The role is responsible for obtaining business case approval and business commitment in terms of funding to begin projects and operational requirements. Assists in the review of quarterly ITSS Financial Statements. Ensures accuracy and completeness of ITSS expenses chargeable to BUs/clients.
