Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree holder in any field
Must have at least 5 years experience in Digital Marketing, Operations and Account Management
Must have skills and knowledge on key social media platforms, i. e. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube
Preferably must have basic knowledge in digital technologies, i. e. website development, AI/chatbot, Mobile APP, SEO / SEM, Messaging APP and its API, 020 Online to Offline, etc.
Preferably with strong digital marketing background preferably over seven (7) years of experience in BPO industry
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible to identifies client business objectives and requirements by analyzing ongoing social media utilization
In charge to drives introduction of social media communication solution for prospective local clients
In charge to drives the localization of the company's global/regional social media activities / services
Important to do the researches and develops a thorough understanding of the company's people and capabilities
In charge to engages in market research and analysis for social media usage in order to identify new opportunities for business
