The E-commerce Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies in all e-commerce platforms of the company to improve sales, profitability, and market share (i.e.. own webstore via Shopify, Lazada & Shopee stores). This position will also support the development of e-commerce as a strategic growth pillar for the company.
The Assistant Brand Manager helps oversee the over-all brand performance and manages/monitors the strategic merchandising & marketing and business of brands to ensure that target objectives are met. Collaborates with different departments to ensure the team is set to achieve objectives.
This role focuses on:
Developing, implementing, and evaluating E-Commerce strategies to achieve sales targets
Generating commercial insights and forecast sales from new products and promotions, market
and online trends, platform behavior, and e-store sales data
Planning and controlling the E-Commerce A&P budget / spending
Working with internal digital team and vendors on web development, search engine
optimization, and other initiatives
Managing customer service representatives to ensure high level of customer satisfaction
Achieving targets for fulfillment, stock weeks cover, slow moving stocks and shrinkage, and
product assortment
Reviewing performance data, including sales, product offtake, store ratings, customer feedback /
ratings, and activity reports to monitor and measure departmental productivity, goal
achievement and overall effectiveness
Developing good working relationships with other departments to ensure successful execution
of e-commerce plans
