MANAGE TEAM Monitor attendance of Department Managers & manage absences by re-assigning tasks ensure proper maintenance & upgrade of employee facilities . MAINTAIN RDU & WAREHOUSE Conduct daily inspections of the RDU & Warehouse to ensure that delivery & storage areas are always organized, secure & properly maintained . ENSURE SECURITY, REPAIRS & MAINTENANCE Work closely with CRO to secure operations & Building Administration Manager to ensure regular preventive maintenance & speedy repair of facilities/equipment . COORDINATE WITH MALL STAFF Liaise with mall operations to get updates on LGU ordinances or other local developments & resolve any operational concerns (aircon, water, billing, etc.) Qualifications: . Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent . At least 2-3 years relevent experience in Sales, Management or Marketing in a senior management capacity . With outstanding leadership, interpersonal and people management skills . Able to conceptualize and implement attainable sales and marketing strategies . With proven track record in sales and customer service . Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours . Willing to be assigned in The SM Store - Sorsogon
