Our Australian client owns an online retail business that sells furniture and home décor. They are looking for an Assistant Bookkeeper to assist in their bookkeeping activities.
The successful candidate must have previously worked with Xero accounting software and even better if you have experience in Shopify.
Must Have:
At least 2-3 years in accounting or bookkeeping
Experience in Xero accounting software
Experience with Bank Reconciliations
Experience with Payables
Good to have:
Experience with Shopify
Responsibilities:
Will be doing mostly bank reconciliations for the retail stores each day
Do various bookkeeping functions that come up on a daily basis.
