The Area Assistant Manager is responsible for providing sales guidance and team motivation to clinic personnel and monitoring performance of all locations within a given region.
The position is responsible for providing assistance to the Sales Manager in managing and monitoring the sales performance of the clinics in a given region that will result to the meeting of set sales targets contributing to the achievement of business growth for the organization.
It includes close coordination with the Clinic MD Manager various Head Office departments, particularly Human Resources, Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Training and Audit to ensure their regional locations are properly equipped to meet the demands of the client, the company and the personnel based on site.
