Job Description
The Assistant Administrative Manager is responsible for the planning, managing and coordination of overall administrative procedures, systems and devise ways to streamline processes. This role also ensures the smooth and adequate flow of information to facilitate the daily operations of the company.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible to ensure that property, facility and administrative services meet the needs of the people that work in them
2. Ensure compliance to office safety regulations through maintaining safety standards and occupational health hazards
3. Select and maintain healthy relationship with vendors and suppliers
4. Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments
5. Able to manage, direct and control operations of the Administration Department, and can analyze workflow and assignments to ensure efficient departmental performance
6. Improves program and service quality by ensuring on time delivery of all supports needed by the company
7. Maintains continuity among corporate, division, and local work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
8. Provides logistics support to departments as per request
9. Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
Job Qualifications:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
2. At least 5 years working experience in Administration and 3 years working experience in a managerial position
3. Possess a strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and able to work with all levels of people
4. Polished professional and client service-oriented attitude, with a proven track record of understanding and exceeding client expectations
5. With good corporate values and impeccable integrity
6. Able to be hands-on, result driven, self-starter, detail-oriented and able to abide by deadlines with strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
7. Understand the value of proactively anticipating the needs of the company we support
8. Highly organized, resourceful, keen on details and works well under pressure
9. Willing to work in Pasay City and be relocated for the job if required by the management
10. Preferably with experience working with expatriates or similar field
