Job Description
General Duties
-Review and approve of payable requests based on the threshold set.
-Endorsement of request beyond the threshold.
-Performs reversal/adjusting entries if any.
-Approver of OIL
-Review the accuracy and completeness of monthly/year-end accruals.
-Review and endorses for approval pricing of showroom for disposal.
-Preparation of annual budget and monthly budget performance review.
-Reports preparation and review:
Preparation of annual budget and monthly budget performance review.
Monthly evaluation of long outstanding unreleased checks/Aging payables
Monthly submission of Daily transaction count per nature (RFP, CA, OC)
Review of the reports submitted by the supervisor
-Other task that may be assigned from time to time.

Professional Eligibility
CPA is an advantage.
Skills
Good Interpersonal Skills.
Good in oral and written communication skills
MS Office Proficient (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Education
BS Accountancy graduate or its equivalent from a reputable college/university.
Experience
With at least 4 years experience in real estate industry
Responsibility
Responsible for the review and approval of payable requests and OIL
Review Reports submitted by the supervisor.
