Description:
This is a 3 month Fixed Term Contract. with possibility for extension, to be based in our Manila office, located in Taguig. We offer a Hybrid work environment.
Reporting directly into the Finance Manager you will take responsibility for key accounting tasks for Planit's business operations. Supporting the Planit management team and Finance Department you will be responsible for end-to-end Accounts Payable for all regions as well as bank reconciliation and month end reconciliation.
With a positive attitude towards work and high attention to details, you will be willing to go the extra mile to meet month and year end deadlines, looking for opportunities for process improvement.
Responsibilities:
Including but not limited to:
Verify, code and enter authorized AP invoices on a daily basis
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts on a daily basis
Process approved AP payments in a timely manner.
General ledger reconciliation
Provide support to Management Accountant for cost and expense analysis
Assist AP related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships internally and externally.
Other tasks as required
Mandatory Skills & Experience:
Degree qualified with previous relevant experience, preferably in a global organization.
Ideally currently working towards your CA or CPA qualification.
Advance knowledge and experience with Microsoft Suite products with high level competency in Excel
Continuously looks for opportunity to simplify and improve work systems and processes to achieve high efficiency
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and willingness to ensure timely and efficient execution of all responsibilities
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and an ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
