Our Client, one of the leading Manufacturing MNC. Looking individual with Consolidation of Accounts experience to join the team.
Responsibilities
Prepare consolidated group accounts (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, etc.)
Prepare and review statutory accounts for the group to ensure FRS is complied
Review and analyse monthly management reports, prepare monthly reporting for review
Assist to prepare Board Papers and AC Committee Papers for Board and AC meetings on quarterly basis
Provide advise and support to the Finance Team in subsidiaries
Liaise with external auditors on audit and accounting issues and ensure that the companies meet and comply with all accounting, tax, legislative and regulative requirements
Assist in budgetary control, credit control, tax planning and cash management
Job Requirements:
Minimum Degree in Accountancy or ACCA, CPA
3 years of experience in group reporting and consolidation
Strong knowledge in accounting principles and guidelines
Other Information:
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (830am to 6pm)
Location: Toa Payoh
Salary: Basic up to $3900
