Responsibilities
Create project folders based on project supervision process for the Senior Sales Executive
Prepare and create mood boards, proposals and coordinate other internal personnel for the project completion
Attend site and client meeting on behalf of the Senior Sales Executive and address all concerns/issue regarding the project
Handle projects simultaneously and smoothly.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Qualifications
Graduate of Interior Design or course equivalent
With experience as an executive assistant for more than a year in the field of construction or interior fit.
Able to start ASAP and be deployed in PASIG
Attention to detail
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft suite (Excel & Word)
Confidentiality and Integrity
Strong organizational and communication skills
