Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Post Graduate degree is preferred
Willing to work in North America schedules
Manila Work Shift: 9:00pm - 6:00am (may shift slightly during Daylight Savings Time)
Experience
3 to 5 years of mortgage management or supervisory experience
3 to 5 years people management experience and client service delivery
Experience in Loan Processing process is preferred
Technical Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate with internal and external parties
Expertise in Mortgage concepts; Working knowledge of major US Mortgage Regulations
Detailed understanding of all stages of mortgage originations life cycle
Proficiency in analyzing documents like Title, Home Owners Insurance/Flood, Appraisal, etc.
Must have had exposure to production management, work allocation, prioritization, exception and escalation handling, and process documentation
Attention to detail and accuracy with problem solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Key Performance Areas
Monitor and manage oversight of regulatory compliance laws and guidelines to ensure files are processed accordingly
Drive quality improvements throughout operations by actively monitoring and reviewing results and root causes
Manage and oversight of quality reports, SLA deadlines and expiring rates
Ability to formulate and articulate objective views based on professional analysis
Ability to quickly comprehend information from oral and written documentation
Manage and remediate escalations
Proficient in organizing, priority setting, and issues management
Suggest process enhancements, possible automations for better controls, perform periodic risk and controls analysis with the team for process risk valuation
Deliver monthly incentive/scorecard results to team members and ownership of monthly funding forecast and results and accountable for all quality results within the team
Balance production daily as needed, identify load balancing needs across the team, deliver new procedures and announcements, team adherence to policy and procedures and workflow
Oversee and complete various projects and feedback sessions (as needed) to positively impact workflow, policies and procedures, system enhancements, etc.
