Job Scope:
Cabinets (Freezers) are the life blood of Ice Cream Operations. With a drive for aggressive store expansion in the next few years, the role is critical to ensure that processes and business models are codified and executed on the ground. Scope will be the following:
1. Cabinet planning & operations
Forecasting & allocations to hubs & dealers nationwide
Deployment principles to serve as guide in profitable operations
2. Cabinet & depot care
Perfect cabinet & perfect depot campaign
Cabinet care programs both in store and in the different depots/ workshops
3. Profitability
Cabinet Profitability, CAPEX, and OPEX Management
4. Business models:
Route to Market Models:
Hapi Dealer to Deliver
Dealer to Deliver
Expanded Partners
Repair Models:
Targeted PMS
Repairs on Demand (Grab Model)
