Assists in accreditation of third party buyers of assets for disposal Assists on scheduled bidding of surplus supplies and equipment as required which includesassembling, appraising, assembling, and advertising goods. Assists and coordinates with local scrap and/or auction companies to process thematerial out of facilities or vendor sites. Documents and journalizes all disposed assets Responsible for asset identification, asset numbers assignment and asset tags. Coordinates with Facilities Admin Officers in identifying assets and marking them properly. Performs asset inventories within the warehouse. Assists Asset and Liquidation Supervisor with asset data entry for the new assets received. Assists in tracking assets geographically by hub name and region and assigned asset identification tags. Ensures status for asset accountability of all employees. Records all asset incident reports and transfer. Receives and ensures all asset warranties are secured with complete supporting documents including photocopy of receipts. Maintain document control requirements and integrity of data and reports. Reviews documentation, validation and monitor asset codes to search for discrepancies Troubleshoots discrepancies between dispatches and submitted asset tracking forms. Qualifications: Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business Management. Must have at least 1 year of relevant work experience. Knowledgeable in using MS Officer, and G Suite. Experience in the bid process is an advantage. Preferably familiar in a warehouse set-up and exposure on coordination of all warehouse activities and keeping a consistent line of communication daily with remote affiliated organizations. Willing to be assigned in Paranaque City.
